Prerequisites

• Your company is based in Hamburg.
• Your company uses vehicles that have a digital tachograph.

Documents required

• completed application form with all requested information about the company (see links)
• Proof of the company's authority to represent
• Copy of the entrepreneur’s or authorized representative’s ID card
• for new application: old company card
• when applying on site: appointment confirmation

Appointment booking·

• Visit the website of the State Transport Authority to book an appointment (see link below).
• Select the category: other services
• Then select: Application for company card
• Follow the steps to reserve an appointment.
• You will receive an email. Confirm your reserved appointment using the link in the email.
• You will receive an appointment confirmation. Please bring it with you to your appointment.

Deadlines

The company card is valid for 5 years.

Procedure

The LBV-Mitte and LBV-Nord driver's license offices are responsible. You can submit the application in person or by email.

Application on site:

• You book an appointment online.
• You bring all the necessary documents with you.
• Your request will be processed on site.
• Once produced, the company card will be sent to you by registered mail.

Application by email (no on-site visit necessary):

• Please send your documents and the application form by email to fuehrerschein@lbv.ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú.
• Your request will be processed on site.
• Once produced, the company card will be sent to you by registered mail.

Processing time

The creation of your company card takes approximately 5-10 working days.

Fees

38.00 EUR - 41.00 EUR.


The basis for this is the fee schedule for measures in road traffic (GebOSt).
