Prerequisites

• Your workshop is located in Hamburg.
• Your workshop is recognized for work on tachographs.

Documents required

• valid identity card, electronic residence permit (eAT) or passport with current registration confirmation from the specialist
• completed application form (see links)
• Training certificate of the specialist according to § 57b StVZO
• Proof of the workshop's recognition according to § 57b StVZO
• Employment contract of the skilled worker (when renewing the card, a confirmation from the employer regarding the existing employment relationship is sufficient)
• when applying on site: appointment confirmation

• You will receive an email. Confirm your reserved appointment using the link in the email.
• You will receive an appointment confirmation. Please bring it with you to your appointment.

Deadlines

The workshop card is valid for one year. You can apply for an extension no earlier than 31 days before the workshop card expires.

Procedure

The LBV-Mitte and LBV-Nord driver's license offices are responsible. You can submit the application in person or by email.

Application on site:

• You book an appointment online.
• You bring all the necessary documents with you.
• Your request will be processed on site.
• After production, the workshop card will be sent to you by registered mail.

Processing time

The creation of your workshop card takes approximately 5-10 working days.

45.00 EUR.


The basis for this is the fee schedule for measures in road traffic (GebOSt).
