You can participate in the preparatory studies for urban redevelopment measures

Detailed description

An urban redevelopment measure is intended to redesign areas in order to remedy urban development deficiencies.


If the planned renovation measures affect you in any way, you can get involved.


As a public interest group, you will be asked to provide a statement if you are affected


The results of the participation will be incorporated into the preparatory investigations in an appropriate manner.

The restructuring statute generally consists of:

  • Statutory text with details such as the objectives, the defined redevelopment area, the catalogue of measures and other
  • Plan drawing (overview plan, land use plan, development plan)
  • Legend to the maps
  • Justification with, for example, details of decisions and considerations.
  • Attachments such as reports, investigations and other

Deadlines

You can participate for at least 30 days from the public announcement.


As authorities and other public interest groups, you must submit your statement no later than 30 days after the request.

Procedure

The start of a preparatory study for the redevelopment of an urban area is publicly announced.


The announcement will state which communication channels are possible for participation.


In principle, you can

  • On-line,
  • In written form,
  • Orally or in writing on site at the competent authority or
  • during a public participation event

participate.



As an authority or public interest group, you will be asked to submit a statement online if you are identified as being affected.



The statements received will be examined by the responsible authority after the deadline. The municipal council will then weigh up the statements and decide on them.


Other private and public interests will be taken into account. The decision will be communicated to you.

The duration of the procedure is variable and depends on the volume of comments received.
