The development statute generally consists of:

• Statute text with information on objectives, the defined development area, the catalogue of measures and other
• Plan drawing (overview plan, land use plan, development plan)
• Legend to the maps
• Justification with details of decisions and considerations.
• Annexes; for example, reports, investigations and other

Deadlines

You can participate for at least 30 days from the date of public announcement of the project.


As an authority or other body responsible for public interests, you must submit your statement no later than 30 days after the request.

Procedure

The start of a preparatory study for the development of an urban area is publicly announced.

The announcement will tell you which communication channels you can use to participate.

In principle, you can

• On-line,
• In written form,
• Orally or in writing on site at the competent authority or
• during a public participation event

or comment on the planned urban development plans.

As an authority or public interest group, you will be asked to submit a statement online if you are identified as being affected.

The statements received will be examined by the responsible authority after the deadline. The municipal council will weigh up the statements and decide on them.

Other private and public interests will be taken into account. The result of the consideration will be communicated to you.

Processing time

The duration of the procedure is variable and depends on the volume of comments received.
