Our digital guides will help you install and set up the ID app and activate the PIN for the online ID function. They will also advise you on the BundID and the City of Hamburg service account and set them up with you.
They are available to help you at the Hamburg Service's Residents' Affairs locations in Barmbek-Uhlenhorst, City, Eimsb眉ttel, North and Wandsbek.
They are available at these six locations Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please check the respective location page (see map below) before your visit for possible changes in attendance.
