With an emergency certificate, you can get social housing or other suitable accommodation more quickly.


They will be given priority when it comes to allocating affordable housing.

Prerequisites

  • You are in an emergency situation and it is not your fault.
  • Your income and assets do not exceed certain limits.

Documents required

  • Application for an emergency certificate
  • Identity card or passport of all persons living in the household
  • Marriage certificate, if applicable
  • Birth certificates of all children, if applicable
  • Current rental agreement
  • Proof of income for the last 12 months
  • Evidence of your emergency situation (e.g., termination letter from the landlord, medical certificates)
