The juvenile court is responsible for people who are no longer than 20 years old at the time of the offense. From the age of 21, the adult court is responsible. Written inquiries can only be made by post or fax. Processing by email is not possible.

Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., no office hours on Wednesdays

- Access is also possible via the entrance at Lachnerstraße 2.


- PO box address: Hamburg-Barmbek District Court, PO Box 76 01 20, 22051 Hamburg.


- A mailbox/night mailbox is available directly in front of the main entrance of the Hamburg-Barmbek District Court.


- Parking spaces for the severely disabled are available and can be accessed via the Weidestrasse gate. Turn right from Weidestrasse into a large gate. Then immediately right again and straight ahead down the left exit. You will then drive directly to the covered disabled parking spaces no. 277 – 279 (see sign on the canopy above!). Under the canopy in the rear wall of the building is a steel door (see sign) with a bell. Please ring it. You will then be picked up there.


- Wheelchair users please use the access via Weidestraße through the gate entrance, see also information on the disabled parking spaces. The fax no. is timely.
