Documents required

If the appearance of a lay judge is actually required at a court hearing, he will be written to and summoned to this hearing. As a rule, receipt of the letter must be confirmed by calling the office. (If there is no confirmation, the jury will most likely be contacted again by phone by the office.) If a jury has not received a summons, it is not necessary to appear!
