Sometimes dizziness, fever, or circulatory problems occur. These symptoms can last from two days to two weeks.
If you discover an infestation on your property, you as the owner are responsible for having the caterpillars removed by a specialist company at your own expense.

If you come into contact with the stinging hairs, go home as quickly as possible. Remove your clothes and shower thoroughly. In case of eye contact, rinse your eyes with clean water. Wash your clothes at 60 degrees Celsius. If you experience severe symptoms, seek medical attention.
