Prerequisites

Permission to use the respective professional title of a legally recognized medical profession.

Documents required

• Valid identity card or passport,
• Original work permit (certificate)

Please note

All persons who independently practice a legally recognized medical profession are obliged to report to the health department, e.g. B. Naturopaths, midwives, masseurs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, occupational and occupational therapists, physiotherapists, physiotherapists, masseurs, medical lifeguards, podiatrists, midwives / obstetricians, qualified nursing staff, etc.

Registration must be made in person (appointment required). When registering on site, the original documents must be submitted.

Please notify us before starting your work:

• the beginning of your independent professional practice
• the address of the branch or, in the case of an outpatient, your home address and your outpatient area of operation
• all changes, e.g. B. Name change, relocation, practice relocation or termination of the practice

Midwives and obstetricians must also submit appropriate hygiene plans and show the midwife's suitcase for home visits and / or home births.

The following are also to be displayed:

• Place of employment
• Change of place of work
• Termination of professional practice

A de-registration of the permanent establishment must be arranged in writing (informal letter) stating until when the old one should exist.

The re-registration of the permanent establishment must be initiated in writing (informal letter) stating the date until when the old address and from when the new address is valid.

Deadlines

Registration must be reported before the start of the professional activity.


Changes, re-registrations, de-registrations or relocation of the practice, company or workplace must be reported immediately.

Procedure

You must register with the responsible health department / medical department.
