Café & Bar Parthenope (City Centre)

This little Altstadt gem is located just a bean's throw from the City Hall and Mönckebergstraße shopping street, and yet it still it couldn't be any cosier. Founded by two young Neapolitan baristi, who previously perfected their skills at the aforementioned Due Baristi, this authentic Italian espresso bar serves an even darker roast to perfectly contrast and balance the sweetness of their milky drinks. Come for focaccia and coffee, try their irresistible homemade cakes with pistachio cream, and stay for a lovely chat over an apèro with the friendly bar staff.

Tre Pazzi (Uhlenhorst)

There are many reasons to visit Winterhude's Tre Pazzi. From the coffee beverages made with local, organic milk to the rotating menu of Italian bistro dishes, to the spectacular sunsets over the Alster lake, this spot is worth a visit. But perhaps the most unique reason to stop by Tre Pazzi is the range of Italian pastries and baked goods, like sfogliatelli and cannoli, which are usually quite difficult (if not impossible) to find in Hamburg.
