For four September nights per year, the Jungfernstieg waterfront is transformed into a public outdoor cinema. After sundown, a floating canvas on the Inner Alster Lake shows anything from Hitchcock classics and contemporary releases to live broadcast concerts. Entrance to the Binnenalster Film Festival is free, and films are typically screened in the original language accompanied by German subtitles 鈥斅爏o anyone can join in on the fun.
